Mini Caprese salad

Mini Caprese Salad

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup Mini Mozzarella Cheese Balls
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • fresh basil, ~10 small leaves

Instructions

  • Add cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese balls in a container.
  • Add basil leaves on top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy on its own or with a slice of bread!
